Bay Carbon’s Research and Development is open to any experimentation desired on graphite components. Upcoming renovations including a chemical hood, where sample material mixtures will be produced and tested according to client request. The department is also in the process of refurbishing a reactor which will support in the breakthrough of CVD coatings. This achievement will allow for the increase of Silicon Carbide coated carriers as well as attain uniform coatings.
